Dining at Taveuni Palms Resort Fiji is an experience in itself. Everything we serve is homemade and most of our ingredients are organically grown right here on the property. Your personal Chef will take into consideration your likes and dislikes from a guest special request form that is sent to you prior to arrival and in turn will design a menu especially for you.
Taveuni Palms provides a unique Fiji dining experience unlike any other. During your stay you will be taken on a culinary journey through the South Pacific. All of our recipes have been created right here in our kitchen by our extraordinary staff. Taveuni Island produces a bounty of exotic fruits, vegetables, fresh seafood and from the rainforest, harvests of wild aromatics such as ginger and chilli’s. Our staff has a rich culinary heritage drawn from India and the entire Pacific Rim. Through the combination of fresh organic produce, imagination and love of traditional
cooking our chefs have produced a dining experience full of vibrant Pacific flavors.
Your dining experience is never the same as each villa at Taveuni Palms boasts five special private dining settings, cultural theme nights with table side cooking and our own traditional Fijian band to accompany your cocktail and/or dinner.
These settings and selections can vary according to your mood, whether it be barefoot elegance on the beach, moonlight by the pool or candlelight on any of our beautiful oceanfront decks at sunset ... the choice is yours.
The Chef’s at Taveuni Palms specialize in catering to dietary requirements. We delight in catering to Vegan, Kosher and Vegetarian guests.
