A Perfect Honeymoon

Bula Taveuni Palms!

We had a PERFECT Honeymoon. I've imagined all my life what the perfect honeymoon would be like and I just finished it! Fiji and Taveuni Palms were everything and more than it was advertised to be.

A honeymoon is supposed to be a starting point in a marriage, an experience that newlyweds can always recall with happy memories. I know Debi and I will never forget Taveuni Palms or Fiji. You filled our world with such lasting memories ... we will never forget the sunsets, the gentle pounding surf, our first snorkeling adventures, the food, oh the food ... how are we ever going to forget the food? You really should share that with the rest of the island and start a restaurant! The bula band and being serenaded, the surrounding views, the gardens & flowers everywhere you look, the afternoon on Honeymoon Island (how appropriate), the trek to Tavoro Falls, the rainout at Lavena, the singing at the Catholic Church and so many other things that don't come to mind at the moment. But most of all, we will never forget the people of Fiji or Taveuni Palms. Helpful, courteous, kind ... sounds like a boy scout ... only better. Always a smile, a helpful hint, a kind word. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and hope to be back soon! Vinaka vaca levu ... Thank you for providing the place and atmosphere for a most memorable, probably the best honeymoon ever!
